Shipping time: these artisanal coffa bags are made to order by hand and it takes a couple of weeks to produce them and ship them from Sicily to the UAE. Delivery time may vary, according to material availability and festivity seasons. You will receive an estimated delivery time upon ordering your item and if there is any delay during production, we will let you know.

Customs fees, duties & handling: FREE for UAE, included in the price. For all other countries, customs and taxes are paid by the customer.
Returns: if the item has not been customized for you, you can return it within 14 days from date of receipt. You can contact our customer service at info@italianaffair.ae and notify your intention to return, indicating your Order Number, item(s) code(s) and reason for return. The item must not have been worn, used, washed, damaged; it has to be in the same conditions as it was received, with its original tags and properly packaged in its original box. Return shipping charges to the manufacturer’s premises in Italy are not included and are paid by the customer, along with any eventual customs duty and taxes.
