Delivery time may vary, according to materials availability and festivity seasons. You will receive an estimated delivery time upon ordering your item and if there is any delay during production, we will let you know.

Returns: Guido Maggi luxury shoes are of the highest quality and go under a strict quality control process before being shipped. If the item is not customized and you wish to change the size, you can return it within 14 days from date of receipt and the return shipment is on behalf of the manufacturer. You can contact our customer service at info@italianaffair.ae  and notify your intention to return, indicating your Order Number, item(s) code(s) and reason for return. The item must not have been worn, used, washed, damaged; it has to be in the same conditions as it was received, with its original tags and properly packaged in its original box.
