Returns: if the item has been made-to-order and customized for you, it is not eligible for returns & exchanges. If not customized, you can return the item within 14 days from date of receipt. You can contact our customer service at info@italianaffair.ae and notify your intention to return, indicating your Order Number, item(s) code(s) and reason for return. The item must not have been worn, used, washed, damaged; it has to be in the same conditions as it was received, with its original tags and properly packaged in its original box. Return shipping charges to the manufacturer’s premises in Italy are not included and are responsibility of the Client, along with any eventual customs duty and taxes.
