Shipping time: Stjx handcrafted briefcases have an estimated delivery time of around 7-10 days (if available in stock and not customized) to 5 weeks (if made-to- order for you). This is the time it usually takes for the craftsmen in Italy to make your bag entirely by hand and for the courier to deliver it from Italy to your door. Delivery time may vary, according to material availability and festivity seasons. You will receive an estimated delivery time upon ordering your item and if there is any delay during production, we will let you know.

Returns: if the item has been made-to- order and customized for you, it is not eligible to returns & exchanges. If not customized, you can return the item within 14 days from date of receipt. You can contact our customer service at info@italianaffair.ae and notify your intention to return, indicating your Order Number, item(s) code(s) and reason for return. The item must not have been worn, used, washed,damaged; it has to be in the same conditions as it was received, with its original tags and properly packaged in its original box. Return shipping charges to the manufacturer’s premises in Italy are not included and are paid by the customer, along with any eventual customs duty and taxes.
